Nicole will take you on a gastronomical journey around the world, in 5 weekly locks where you will learn recipes from a particular culture. The first block of 5 sessions will focus on Peranakan food or Nyonya cuisine, a love child of the early Chinese Settlers along the Straits of Asia. A fusion of Malay, Indonesian, Thai and Chinese food.
Learn how to recreate a traditional Peranakan Meal at home by learning the secrets of this exotic cuisine in a fun and accessible way.
This class is a group of 5 sessions and participants will go home knowing how to make their own authentic dishes from starters to dessert. Your next dinner party sorted.
